2005 'Exaltation' $45
Our Exaltation wines are made when the fruit shows exceptional flavour, intensity and balance.
This wine is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot and Sangiovese, made in the style of a Super Tuscan.
It has been aged 24 months in old French oak barrels, and 3 years in bottle, softening the tannins and integrating a wide array of complex fruit characters.
It is ready to drink now and will cellar for several years to come.
