2010 Pinot Noir $30
2010 was a warm Summer but finished with a cool Autumn and some much-needed rain. The resulting Pinot Noir is medium bodied, elegant and savoury, with fine grained tannins and a supple palate.
It will reward cellaring for many years to come, developing layers of complexity and aromas of mushroom, forest floor and deli-meats.
Enjoy this wine with game dishes such as duck or hare, subtle hard cheeses or charcuterie.
