This classic Sparkling was made in the tradional method from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and fermented in this bottle. Extended lees aging (more than 10 years) give richness, power and a long creamy palate despite clean and refreshing acidity. Great as an aperitif or to suit light foods.
