2008 Sparkling Rosé $35

This Sparkling Rosé was made from Pinot Noir and fermented in this bottle. It is an aperitif style with gorgeous pink colour, creamy mousse and a full palate. The Pinot Noir fruit gives lovely strawberry and brioche aromas as well as a richness on the mid-palate.
We disgorge this wine to order to give maximum time on yeast lees to give complexity and integration.

"A pale-salmon colour and finely beaded in the glass, this sparkling pinot noir rose is full of character; nicely styled strawberries and attractive savoury complexity. The palate's both shapely and balanced, making the most of chirpy acidity and juicy pinot flavour.
