The first vines we planted were Riesling in 1978, on a Ley-line marked by a quartz reef and an intuition that subterranean water flowed deep below.
Riesling from this block ripens slowly, producing intense and balanced fruit, perfect for making delicious dessert wines. These wines display citrus notes, luscious sweetness and lively acidity.
Our vineyards are managed using Biodynamic principles for sustainability and to best express their unique terroirs.
